After five decades in Western Hills, Rodem Inc., opened our new headquarters in Harrison, Ohio, in July 2023! The last 12 months flew by, and as we celebrate this milestone, our team can’t help but feel grateful for the expanded space that has played a crucial role in driving our rapid revenue growth and profitability. Equally significant is the boost it has provided to collaboration and creativity within our team.

Finding Space to Grow Business in Harrison Ohio
Rodem’s 50,000-square-foot facility was designed to accommodate our ongoing growth and enhance distribution capabilities, ensuring quick turnaround on parts and equipment to meet customer needs.
Rodem’s systems integration segment, SaniSmart Solutions, benefits from additional fabrication and shop capabilities necessary for creating custom solutions and skidded systems for our customers. Installation Manager Andy Oglesby notes, “Our facility is state-of-the-art! It allows us to easily tackle anything from a small modification to a large skidded system.”
Inside Sales Manager Karen Nickell appreciates the expanded meeting spaces, mentioning that “the ability to welcome our customers, vendors, and employees into an inviting and beautiful space allows us to grow and learn together.” Rodem’s new space features expanded community gathering areas, collaborative workspaces, and a training center for ongoing education and development programs.
A Convenient Headquarters in Harrison Ohio
Rodem’s Harrison office is also conveniently located right off I-74, making it easily accessible for employees, business partners, and customers. The facility is located in Harrison Township in Hamilton County Ohio, with access to City of Harrison services. Rodem’s location in Harrison Ohio is a 20 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati, and a 30 minute drive to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
Marketing Manager LeighAnn Diener Gunter says, “Rodem’s new location is amazing. It decreases my commute and makes hosting events for customers and vendors easy.”
Barry Coleman, Rodem’s Supply Chain manager, is excited that “Rodem’s new warehouse space makes our employees’ and customers’ lives easier. With elevated loading docks and more space, we can move and ship objects of any size better.”

Brock Beach joined Rodem as vice president of sales and marketing in April 2018 and was promoted to president in 2023. Brock’s leadership philosophies focus on creating a culture of trust and encouraging diversity of thought within Rodem. He puts these philosophies to work by promoting ethical business practices and championing Rodem’s mission to support the processors who feed America. Before Rodem, Brock was vice president of sales and marketing for ICM Inc., a biofuels technology company. With over 20 years in sales and marketing serving the biofuels and telecommunications industries, Brock brings in-depth knowledge and deep leadership expertise in strategy development, business planning, and advisory initiatives. Before embarking on his professional career, Brock spent four years serving in the United States Army. He earned a master’s degree in management from Baker University, and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science from West Virginia University.
