SUMMARY: This position will be a proactive member of the banking center team by being an initial contact for new and existing clients. Candidate will identify and resolve complex customer service opportunities. Will support the retention and growth of profitable client relationships through sale of basic deposit and consumer loan products. Will refer complex product and financial service needs to the Relationship Manager or the Banking Center Manager. Will analyze required financial and personal data to cross sell products and services to the customer.

Provide sales assistance to walk-in clients
Provide basic banking sales solutions for basic deposit products and consumer loan products.

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to bank employees and bank customers.

Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of WesBanco’s products and services as well as competitors products and services
Must have the ability to develop new and expand existing customer relationships, review customer’s current and changing financial needs, promote products and services.
Assist the Banking Center in meeting its goals and consistently meet or exceed individual goals.
Must keep clients informed of products, services and new promotions.
Must have the ability to promote and cross sell products and services to profitable clients and partner with Business Banking Partners to maximize customer relations.
Assist the Manager with staff meetings.
Perform managerial functions as directed by the supervisor.
Assist with outside customer calls or telephone solicitation.
Assist with coaching and training other WesBanco employees.
Must act as a Teller when customer traffic necessitates.
Order supplies for the branch location.
Participate and assist the manager in conducting staff meetings.
Participates in new customer and community development activities.
Remove deposits from count and balance automated teller machines and night depository.
May have branch cash Vault Teller responsibilities, such as verifying cash, ordering cash from main cash vault or Federal Reserve Bank, and/or preparing cash shipments to main cash vault or Federal Reserve Bank following bank established procedures.
Ability to open and close the branch location by following security procedures as established by bank management
May audit Teller drawers and perform quarterly Teller audits.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you are performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Must be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), to comply with the S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
Ability to travel to client meetings as needed.
Must be available to work all hours of operations including Saturdays.
