The Hubert Company, LLC is located in Harrison, OH, a suburb of Cincinnati. We are the leader in providing merchandising solutions and support products to the food industry. Our customer markets include Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels and Food Service Operations. We are known for our product sourcing and fulfillment strengths. We market through multiple channels including a sales force, telesales, direct marketing and E-commerce.

Hubert is now accepting applications for Receiving position in our Distribution Center.
Open shift is 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday.  Other shifts may become available.

Responsibilities include:
– Put away incoming merchandise
– Replenishment of pick module
– Unloading of cargo containers
– General housekeeping of stocking area and receiving dock
– Operate stock picker, sit down forklift, or other powered industrial trucks
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:
– Stable work history
– Basic reading and math skills
– Detail Oriented
– Ability to lift 40 lbs
– Ability to meet production and accuracy standards in a fast-paced work environment
– Flexible and willing to adapt to change

Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks is preferred but not mandatory.  We offer formal classroom and practical training to certify our operators.

Starting hourly wage averages $17.70 including base pay and an hourly incentive.  Our incentive pay program is based on surpassing production and accuracy standards. Our benefit package including 401(k), Medical/Dental Insurance, Educational Reimbursement plus more.  Benefits are available the first day of the month after your hire date.
