Marketing Manager

Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for leading and developing a marketing team to create, grow, and evolve new marketing funnels?  Do you enjoy the challenge of leading a team and organizing resources to take an idea from concept to completion?  Conservative Financial Solutions is seeking a strong Marketing Manager whose job is to lead and grow the marketing effort of the firm.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing, analytical, and leadership skills. We are seeking an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads and qualified opportunities. We’re looking for a go-getter that is great at asking in-depth questions and getting our prospects engaged!

This individual will execute email marketing, social media marketing, tv and radio marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, telemarketing, coordinate speaking engagements and other marketing activities in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high-quality leads.

Minimum Requirements:
• The desire to work long-term in the financial industry
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role

• Leadership experience

• Experience in digital marketing
• Experience in a fast-paced office setting
• Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

This position requires that you possess the following skills:
• Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and sharp eye for detail
• High degree of creativity, strong work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Very strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great sense of humor
• Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the marketing department
• Follow up and book appointments with attendees of workshops and client events
• Create the direct marketing strategy – planning marketing and client events –

• Ensure strategies are reaching our target audience for each direct marketing campaign and workshops
• Create, execute, and measure all marketing campaigns

• Organize the necessary resources to make sure marketing campaigns are successful
• Communicate with CEO on regular basis to ensure direct marketing efforts are delivering required results

• Take ideas from the CEO and bring them to life

• Be a self-starter and have the ability to overcome obstacles
• Other duties as assigned
