Finance Committee Chair

Dan is owner of Dan Cross, CPA, where he serves families and business as a certified public accountant. His experience includes finance, accounting, legal, and human resources at large local corporations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Murray State University. He serves as an executive board member for the Bright Area Business Association and resides in Hidden Valley, Indiana with his wife.

Sara Cullin

Programs and Marketing Committee Vice Chair

Sara is part of the creative advertising team at Hubert Company in Harrison, where she voices the company’s expertise in food merchandising and food service products. Sara is an accredited public relations professional through the Public Relations Society of America and a certified social media manager and consultant. She is a contributing writer to PRSA Tactics and PRSA Cincinnati’s PR Visions Blog and serves as digital media strategist for PRSA Cincinnati Chapter. Her experience includes financial, environmental and food service industries. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and political science from Eastern Michigan University. She and her family reside in Ross Township.

Government Advocacy Committee Chair

Gary has served as president and CEO of Crown Plastics since 2005, where he has overseen significant growth in exporting and the addition of a manufacturing facility in Xiamen, China. He joined Crown in 1978, when the company moved to Harrison from Lawrenceburg. Gary previously served as president of Main Street Harrison as has led other community organizations and events. He is a graduate of Elder High School and a 30-year member of Cincinnati’s Southern Gateway Chorus. He serves as the Legislative Committee Chair for the Southern Ohio District Export Council (SODEC), which works with the U.S. Commerce Department. Gary and his family reside in Green Township.

Vice Chairwoman, Planning Committee Chair 

Lori is a senior account executive and certified broadcast and digital marketing consultant for Eagle Country 99.3 (WSCH-FM), the leading local radio station and news source in southeast Indiana. Using her strong understanding of marketing principles, local and regional business climates, and demographic trends, she works closely with many tri-state business owners to help their businesses prosper and grow. Lori’s On-air Broadcasting Experience includes live-programming and commercial recording. She also serves as the Vice President of Lawrenceburg Main Street, Inc. and Vice President of Bright Area Business Association, and is an advocate of local businesses and communities. Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education at Indiana State University. She is also a Notary Public; State of Indiana. She serves on the Communications Team at her local church home, Whitewater Crossing Christian Church; where she helped facilitate and execute external marketing efforts for the church’s 2016 Phase 2 expansion.

Doris Gibbons

Spencer Ford

Spencer is chief operating officer for Conservative Financial Solutions and Harrison Tax Advisors, both based in Harrison. His focus is business growth and development, but he is heavily involved in personal financial planning as well. He has a series 65 license and an Ohio and Indiana Life, Accident and Health license. He has passed the Certified Financial Plannert examination. He is a graduate of William Henry Harrison High School and Cincinnati Christian University, where he obtained a bachelor’s of art in biblical studies and a master of arts in counseling.

Mark Hildebrand

Programs & Marketing Committee

Mark is the business development manager for MainSource Bank, where he works with Harrison families and businesses to serve their financial and banking needs. In his role with MainSource Bank, Mark works diligently with businesses of all sizes to help them achieve their goals.  He is also active with the Harrison Business Network as well as the Kiwanis Club.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, while also playing baseball collegiately.  Mark and his family reside in Batesville, Indiana.

Ginny Hizer, APR

Membership Chair

Ginny joined Southwest Local School District as director of public relations and communications in August 2017, where she manages the district’s traditional and social media presence and facilitates two-way communication between the schools and parents/guardians and the general public. Ginny is an accredited public relations professional through the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, including Women of Alabaster, which supports and serves those in the Greater Cincinnati area who are trapped in sexual and human slavery. She has a master’s degree in business communication and a bachelor’s degree in public relations, both from Ohio University.

Chairman of the Board

Jim is president of Kinnett Consulting Group has worked in the economic and community development profession for more than 36 years. He earned degrees in economics and social sciences at Indiana State University in Terre Haute and the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He has completed courses with the National Development Council as well as local leadership and quality programs. Jim and his wife are active in the community and reside in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

Andrew Kobs

Andrew has been in banking for 41 years and serves as Vice President and Harrison Office Manager for FCN Bank.  Prior to that, he served as an officer with Merchants Bank & Trust for 15 years, most recently as President, and as President of a small community bank in Edinburg, IL.  In addition to his duties with FCN Bank, he serves as Treasurer of the Harrison Kiwanis Club, Treasurer of Christ’s Loving Hands in Harrison, and as Chairman of the Finance Committee of St. Teresa Benedicta Church in Bright.

Jordan Leonard

Jordan is a client relationship manager for Vivum Private Client Group. He recently graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies, with focuses in business administration, organizational leadership and sports business. Jordan is an Eagle Scout, professional wrestler, drummer and graduate of LaSalle High School.

Bylaws Committee Chair

Joe is part owner of JTM Food Group, a food manufacturing company in Harrison, Ohio. He is responsible for engineering and operations for JTM, which serves customers nationwide and employs more than 400 people. Joe serves on the board of several non-profit organizations throughout the Cincinnati area. He earned a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati and is a non-practicing licensed pharmacist in the State of Ohio. Joe and his family reside in Harrison Township.

Rosanne Moore

Rosanne is the Director of Celebrate Recovery and Outreach to the community. She has served on staff of Church on Fire Ministries both a full time and part time employee since 2005. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Faith Theological Seminary. Her position has brought her onto platforms to serve the underprivileged, addicted, and hungry while connecting other non-profits and businesses to better the community. She also serves in our local business network H7, Kiwanis Club, and This City His City group, which draws pastors, local leaders and our school representatives together. She and her husband Randy have four children and four grandchildren.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and owner of Apparelmaster Uniform and Linen Service. He also owns a franchise company by the same name. Dan lives in Loveland but has been an active member of the Harrison community for the past 18 years. Dan served on the Main Street board for a few years and helped with downtown redevelopment projects. His current projects are teaching local hospitals how to better utilize cleaning resources along with using computerized RFID chips to enhance tracking materials used in hospital settings. Dan’s plans are to assist the board in membership growth and stability and continue to grow his Harrison based business.
