Members gathered Wednesday evening to unwind and hear from special guests at the City of Harrison about their plans for economic development. City leaders shared updates regarding the search for a new economic development director, upcoming community events and their efforts to bring new businesses into the City. Blue Note was a wonderful host for the evening. The new venue on Dry Fork Road has been bustling, with bands on three stages and a pub that is open throughout the week. The building has been updated and provides a great space for meetings and receptions.

Thank you Harrison Council Members Hank Menninger and Cindy Abrams as well as Mayor Bill Neyer for sharing updates. Thank you Shawneespring of Harrison for donating the door prize.

Save the date! Our next “After Hours” will be June 23, 2016.
